I’ve been using Paula’s Choice Vitamin C serum..recently after applying it, my face becomes red for a good 20 minutes but doesn’t hurt & it goes away…I think it may be doing this bc I dermaplaned my face a few days ago…is it ok to keep using it/is this normal?
